Tara, one of the co-founders of Acura Co, brings over 10 years of experience in administration, having worked across both general medical practice and private medical practice management. She is process-oriented and deeply committed to driving business success through effective systems and streamlined operations.
Tara has specialised expertise in inpatient billing, along with a strong focus on reporting, finance, and creating efficient workflows to support businesses in managing their financial and operational needs. She is passionate about helping business owners achieve a positive work-life balance, ensuring that their results are not compromised while they focus on patient care and growth.
With a background in elite sport and coaching, Tara understands the demands of high-performance environments. She knows that success requires clear structure, unwavering dedication, and building the right team to support long-term goals. Her approach combines strategic thinking, a focus on optimising productivity, and a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Jess is one of the co-founders of Acura Co and brings over 10 years of medical experience, including more than 8 years in private practice management. Her work is driven by a strong ethical foundation and a people-first mindset.
With a key focus on people management and team development, Jess excels at building strong internal relationships & fostering cohesive teams. She has a proven track record in creating and implementing effective policies and procedures that streamline operations, reduce risk, and support high standards across growing healthcare practices.
Jess thrives in an evolving business environment, particularly in recruitment, onboarding, training, and culture-building. Her expertise in inpatient billing, practice growth, and workflow development ensures the businesses she works with are not only operationally sound but positioned for long-term success.
