Do I need to be using software for invoicing?

Acura Co recommend using Xero for sending out quotes and invoices. This software is the most user friendly while providing accurate information for your accountant. If you don't use an invoicing software, this is not an issue. We can set up an invoicing template for you and provide you personalised reports on what quotes and invoices have been sent on your behalf.

Can we send through logos/templates for invoice and quotes?

Acura Co appreciate including your logos, templates, photos, signatures etc on all invoices, quotes and emails sent out to your customers.

How will you understand my business and ensure my customers needs are met?

As part of Acura co’s small business assistance set up, we offer a free consult where we will take the time to understand the intricacies of your business to ensure your customers are receiving the best possible customer service. We encourage regular feedback and information to continue building our knowledge of your business

I may only require your assistance once or twice a week, can I just pay when I require Acura Co’s assistance?
